- Large rebates possible
What We Take Care Of
Mowing, shrub work, blowing and litter pickup are the base. Beyond that we handle sprinkler checks and seasonal color. The goal is a property nobody has to think about.
Bigger Rebates For Bigger Sites
Lawn to Garden lists a 50,000 square foot cap for commercial sites, compared with 5,000 for homes. A large lawn that nobody uses can be real money. Get approved first.
License Rule
State rule says any landscaping job of $1,000 or more in labor and materials needs a contractor license. Ask for the license number on your written estimate, and you can check any license at cslb.ca.gov.
Questions We Hear
Do apartment buildings qualify for Lawn to Garden?
